01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tapi Tapa competitive platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kaffeinated Development.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

02 User Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your territory) to create an account. Users under 18 require parental consent.

03 Currency & Purchases

Digital items, including "Tapa Tokens," have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the platform's ecosystem.

All purchases are final. Refunds are only issued where mandated by local consumer law or at the sole discretion of our billing department.

Billing Note

Transaction processing may be handled by third-party providers. Their terms apply to the payment sequence.

04 Code of Conduct

To maintain the competitive integrity of Tapi Tapa, the following are strictly prohibited:

Macros, bots, or any third-party software affecting gameplay.

Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior in lobbies.

Intentionally abusing bugs for competitive advantage.

05 Intellectual Property

All software, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code, and all other elements of the platform provided by Tapi Tapa are protected by intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content: By submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute that content for platform promotional purposes.

06 Limitation of Liability

"The platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. Kaffeinated Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or connectivity issues during tournaments."

07 Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the service and to block or prevent your future access to the platform for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
